MISCONDUCT REPORT

CIF-SS has created a MISCONDUCT REPORT (ejections) to be used by all associations in all sports. To submit a report follow these steps

1. Click the CIF logo or go to http://cifsshome.org/misconduct/login
2. Enter password: 123
3. Select the type of Misconduct Report you will like to submit.
4. Fill out the form that is provided.
5. This is the only form that will be accepted by the CIF.
6. Once the report is received by the Liaison he/she will process the report by submitting it to the appropriate school administrator.
